No purchase necessary. A purchase, a subscription or a credit application does not increase your chances of winning. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 or older. Void where prohibited and outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final on every matter about this draw.
1. Sponsor
The Squad Dinner Draw (the "Draw") is run by Banrox Inc., 40 N Altadena Dr Ste 105, Pasadena, CA 91107 (the "Sponsor", "Banrox", "we" or "us"). Write to us at [email protected].
2. Who Can Enter
You can enter if, when you enter, you are a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and you are 21 or older, in every state. A Squad member who does not meet this section does not count toward the Squad.
These people cannot enter or win: employees, officers, directors, contractors and agents of Banrox and of its gift card delivery partner; creators, affiliates and other partners paid by Banrox to promote the Draw; and the immediate family (spouse or partner, parents, children, siblings, and each of their spouses or partners) and household members of anyone in those groups.
3. Dates and Weekly Periods
Round 1 runs October 17 to November 13, 2026. It has four weekly entry periods and four draws. Each period starts at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time and ends at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on the dates below. Our server clock is the official clock for the Draw.
| Week | Entry period | Draw | Prize |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Saturday, October 17 to Thursday, October 22, 2026 | Friday, October 23, 1 PM PT | $150 Uber Eats e-gift card |
| 2 | Friday, October 23 to Thursday, October 29, 2026 | Friday, October 30, 1 PM PT | $150 Uber Eats e-gift card |
| 3 | Friday, October 30 to Thursday, November 5, 2026 | Friday, November 6, 1 PM PT | $150 Uber Eats e-gift card |

Each round is a separate promotion with its own rules. A later round, if we run one, will have its own Official Rules on this page or at a new address.
4. How to Enter With a Squad
- Join the Banrox Squad waitlist. You are the captain of your Squad.
- Share your Squad link. Each friend joins on their own, with their own name and their own email address, and confirms that email from the message we send.
- When your Squad has 3 confirmed members (you plus 2 friends) at the end of an entry period, your Squad has one entry in that week's draw.
- When your Squad has 4 confirmed members, the room is full and your Squad has two entries in that week's draw.
- A Squad that qualifies stays entered in every remaining draw of the round until it wins. Its entries for each draw are counted from the members confirmed at the end of that week's period.
- No purchase and no credit application is needed.
Each member agrees to these Official Rules when they join a Squad during the round. A member who does not meet Section 2 does not count toward the Squad.
5. Free Entry Without a Squad
You do not need to invite anyone to enter. You can enter once per round in either of these ways, and a free entry has the same chance of winning as one Squad entry:
- By email. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Squad Dinner Draw free entry" and your full name, email address and state of residence.
- By mail. Mail a postcard or letter with your full name, email address and state of residence to: Banrox Inc., Attn: Squad Dinner Draw, 40 N Altadena Dr Ste 105, Pasadena, CA 91107.
A free entry counts from the first draw after we receive it and stays entered in every remaining draw of the round until it wins. To count for a given week, it must be received by the end of that week's entry period. One free entry per person per round, however sent. We are not responsible for mail or email that is lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or unreadable.
6. Entry Limits and Fair Play
- Each person can be a member of one Squad and can send one free entry per round.
- A Squad can hold at most two entries in any one draw.
- Each member must be a real, different person who uses an email address that they alone control. Duplicate, shared, disposable or invented email addresses do not count.
- Entries made with scripts, bots, bulk sign-up tools, fake identities or paid sign-up services are void, and so is every entry of anyone who uses them.
- You may not offer or pay anyone to join your Squad.
- We may check identity, age, residency and the confirmation of each member at any time, and may disqualify any entry that fails a check.
7. What Entering Does Not Involve
- No purchase, payment, subscription or credit application is needed, and none of them adds entries or improves your chances.
- The free Experian check offered on Banrox is not required to enter and does not add entries.
- The Draw does not look at your credit, does not affect your credit score, and has no bearing on any Banrox product decision.
- Joining the waitlist is not an application for credit. Squad Card is in early access, and no card has been issued. See the Squad Card Waitlist Terms.
- Squad points, if shown in your account, have nothing to do with this Draw. See the Squad Points Program Terms.
8. Prize
One prize is awarded at each draw: one $150 Uber Eats e-gift card (approximate retail value $150). The total value of all prizes in Round 1 is $600. Uber is not a sponsor.
When a Squad wins, the prize is sent to the Squad captain's email address. The captain decides how the Squad uses it. When a free entry wins, the prize is sent to that entrant. The prize is delivered by email through our gift card delivery partner within 14 days after the winner is verified.
The gift card is subject to the issuer's own terms, including any expiry and how it can be used. No cash or other substitute is offered, and the prize cannot be transferred, except that we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. We are not responsible for a gift card that is lost, stolen or used by someone else after we deliver it to the winner's email address.
9. Odds
The odds of winning a draw depend on the number of eligible entries in that draw. A full Squad holds two entries, and a Squad of 3 or a free entry holds one.
10. How the Winner Is Drawn
On each draw date, at or around 1 PM PT, Banrox staff draw one entry at random from all eligible entries for that week, using a random number generator. We keep a record of each draw: the list of eligible entries, the time, and the result. A Squad or person that has won is removed from the remaining draws of the round. One win per Squad, and one win per person, per round.
11. Notice and Claiming the Prize
- We tell the potential winner by email from [email protected] within 2 business days after the draw.
- The potential winner must reply within 72 hours of our email to claim the prize. We may ask for a short confirmation of eligibility and agreement to these rules.
- If the potential winner does not reply in time, cannot be reached, is not eligible, or does not follow these rules, the prize is forfeited and we draw an alternate from the remaining eligible entries. We draw up to three alternates for each prize, then the prize goes unawarded.
- We never ask a winner to pay anything, to give a card or bank account number, a Social Security number or a password, or to click a link that asks for them. A message that does is not from Banrox. Report it to [email protected].
12. Taxes
A prize is taxable income to the winner, and the winner is responsible for any tax on it. For prizes awarded in 2026, we report on IRS Form 1099-MISC only when a person's prizes and other reportable payments from Banrox reach $2,000 or more in the calendar year. In that case we will ask for a Form W-9 before we deliver the prize.
13. Your Name and Photo
We will only use a winner's name, photo, city or story in posts, emails or ads if the winner agrees separately in writing. Saying no has no effect on the prize. Without that consent, we publish only what Section 20 allows.
14. Sharing Your Link the Right Way
- Share your Squad link only with people you know who would want to hear from you. Do not post it in places whose rules forbid it.
- Do not send it as bulk or unsolicited email, and do not use automated texting or calling tools. You are responsible for the messages you send.
- Do not say or suggest that joining involves credit, a credit decision, a card someone can use today, or a sure prize. The only prize is the weekly draw described here.
- Anyone Banrox pays to share the Draw, such as a creator or partner, must say so clearly in every post, for example with #ad or the platform's paid partnership label, as the FTC requires.
15. Privacy and Your Information
What we collect for the Draw. Your name, email address, state of residence, Squad membership and the confirmation status of each member, the time of each entry, and basic device and network signals that help us stop fake entries. For a free entry, the details you send us.
Why. To run the Draw, check eligibility, stop fraud, pick and notify winners, deliver prizes, keep the records the law requires, and send the Draw messages you need. We do not use Draw information to make any credit decision.
Who receives it. Our service providers that host, secure and send email for Banrox, and our gift card delivery partner for the winner only, each limited to that job. We do not sell entrant information. Online advertising tools run only as described in our Cookie and Tracking Notice, with the choices it describes.
How long. We keep Draw records for up to 3 years after the round ends, then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Messages. Entry confirmations and winner notices are part of the Draw. Marketing email has an unsubscribe link in every message, and unsubscribing does not remove your entries. We do not text you about the Draw unless you separately agreed to texts. See the Calls, Texts and Email Policy.
Your rights. The Privacy Policy is the notice at collection for this information and explains your rights to know, correct and delete it and to opt out. Residents of states with privacy laws can also read State Privacy Rights. Write to [email protected].
16. Uber and Platforms Are Not Sponsors
The Draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Uber Technologies, Inc., Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, Google, X, Snap or any other social media platform, listing site or app store. Each entrant releases each of them from any liability about the Draw. Questions go to Banrox, not to them. Uber Eats is a trademark of its owner and is used here only to describe the prize.
17. Release and Limits of Liability
To the extent the law allows, by entering you release Banrox, its gift card delivery partner, and their officers, employees and agents from any claim, loss or damage arising from the Draw, from taking part in it, or from accepting or using a prize. We are not responsible for technical failures, lost or late entries, network or email problems, or errors in these rules or in any promotion of the Draw. Nothing in these rules limits any right or remedy that the law does not allow to be limited, including liability for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct.
18. Fraud, Errors and Changes
- We may disqualify anyone who tampers with the Draw, enters in a way these rules do not allow, or acts in a way that is unfair, abusive or unlawful.
- If fraud, a technical failure or anything else outside our control harms the fairness of the Draw, we may suspend or end it and award the remaining prizes by random draw from the eligible entries received before the problem, and we will post a notice on this page.
- We may correct a mistake in these rules and will post the change with a new "Last updated" date. A change never reduces the prize or the odds of a draw whose entry period has already started.
- If any part of these rules is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If anything said about the Draw elsewhere conflicts with these rules, these rules control.
19. Disputes and Governing Law
California law governs these rules and the Draw, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the Draw is resolved as set out in Section 21 (Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration) and Section 22 (Governing Law and Venue) of the Terms of Service, which apply to the Draw as if written here, including the right to opt out of arbitration within 30 days and the small claims court option. Before any proceeding, write to [email protected] so we can try to resolve it.
20. Winners List
Within 60 days after the round ends, you can ask for the first name, last initial and state of each winner. Email [email protected] with the subject "Squad Dinner Draw winners list", or mail your request to Banrox Inc., Attn: Squad Dinner Draw Winners, 40 N Altadena Dr Ste 105, Pasadena, CA 91107.
