Squad Card Waitlist Terms

1. What the Waitlist Is

The waitlist is a place in a queue. Nothing more. It is not an application, not a pre-qualification, not an approval, not an offer of credit, and not a card. No credit line exists. No account is opened. No credit inquiry of any kind is made when you join. Nothing you do on the waitlist obligates you to anything, and nothing Banrox does on the waitlist obligates Banrox to give you a product.

Squad Card is a product concept in development. Delivering it depends on a card issuing bank relationship that Banrox has not signed. Until that is signed, there is no product, no terms, no rate, no fee schedule, and no launch date. The concept may change materially, may be delayed indefinitely, or may never launch at all. We would rather say that here than let a queue position imply a promise.

2. What Joining Actually Gives You

• A position in the queue, recorded with the date you joined
• Email updates about the product's progress, including the news if it is cancelled
• Access to any free feature we open to waitlist members, described at the time it is offered
• The ability to invite other people, which may move your position as described in Section 3

A queue position is not property, is not transferable, has no cash value, and can be reordered or reset if we change how the queue works. If we reorder it, we will tell you and say why.

3. Invitations and Referrals

If the waitlist lets you invite people, these rules apply.

• Invite only people you actually know who would want to hear from us. Do not upload purchased lists, do not post invite links to strangers in bulk, and do not use a service that sends invitations for you.
• Your invitation is a message from you. Banrox sends it on your behalf to the address you supply, once, with a clear unsubscribe. We do not add that person to any marketing list unless they join themselves.
• You must have the person's permission to give us their contact details. Supplying someone's email or phone number without their agreement breaches the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Any benefit for inviting is described at the time, is not cash, cannot be redeemed for cash, and can be changed or withdrawn for future invitations with notice.
• Self referral, duplicate accounts, fake addresses, and automated signups void the benefit and can close the account.
• Nothing here is a sweepstakes, a contest, or a game of chance. There is no prize and no entry.

4. What "Squad" Means Here

The concept involves a shared arrangement among a group of people who choose each other. Read this before you assume how it would work if it launched: any shared credit arrangement means the people in it can affect each other, financially and on their credit files. If the product launches, the real terms, the liability between members, and the effect on each person's credit will be set out in full, in a separate agreement, in advance, and nobody will be enrolled without agreeing to that document. Until then, do not plan around a structure that has not been written.

5. Any Free Credit Check Offered to Waitlist Members

If we offer a free credit check or free report to waitlist members, it works exactly as described at Credit Data and Your FCRA Rights. It requires your separate written authorisation, it uses a soft inquiry that does not affect your score, and it is not connected to any application. Declining it does not affect your queue position. You are also entitled to free reports from all three bureaus at annualcreditreport.com, without joining anything.

6. What Happens to Your Information While You Wait

Joining the waitlist gives us your name and email address, and your phone number if you provide one. We use them to run the queue and to send you updates about this product. We do not sell waitlist information, we do not pass it to a bank, a lender, or any other company, and we do not use it to market unrelated products to you unless you separately agree.

Leave at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any waitlist email or writing to [email protected]. Leaving deletes your queue position, and rejoining puts you at the back. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes and Cancellation of the Programme

Banrox may change the waitlist, the invitation mechanics, the benefits, or the product concept, and may end the programme entirely, at any time, for any reason. If we end it we will email everyone on the list, say so plainly, and delete the list unless you ask us to keep you informed about something else. Ending the programme creates no liability to you, because nothing was promised. That is the point of stating it this clearly at the start.

8. The Rest of the Terms Apply

The Terms of Service govern your use of the waitlist, including the disclaimers in Section 17, the limitation of liability in Section 18, and the arbitration agreement in Section 21. The waitlist is a preview feature under Section 15 of those Terms.
