Who We Are and Scope
Banrox Inc. ("Banrox," "we," "us," "our") provides credit-building, lending-related, collections, and data services. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, how we secure it, and the choices you have.
For consumer financial information we handle as a financial institution (for example, information in a loan application or during servicing), our GLBA/Regulation P Consumer Privacy Notice below governs. For non-GLBA data (website analytics, marketing leads, HR/applicants), this Privacy Policy and the CCPA/CPRA apply.

We collect the personal information below at or before collection for the purposes shown. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. You may opt out of sale/share and, if ever applicable, limit the use of Sensitive Personal Information at any time by using our privacy settings or contacting us.
Important: We do not include Sensitive Personal Information (SSN, driver's license, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, or health data) in leads. We do not knowingly sell/share personal information of consumers under 16.

Information We Collect
We collect identifiers; government-issued identifiers (Sensitive PI); financial information (Sensitive PI); application and account data; credit data (FCRA-regulated); online activity data; professional/employment information; and non-FCRA inferences (for risk/fraud and lead matching).

Selling/Sharing & Global Privacy Control
If you request matching or consent to the sale of your information as a lead, we may sell lead identifiers/attributes to third-party providers. We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising.
You may opt out at any time via our Do Not Sell or Share controls or by using a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honor. We do not knowingly sell/share personal information of consumers under 16.
Sensitive Personal Information
We use Sensitive Personal Information only for identity verification, fraud prevention, service delivery (including payments, servicing, and collections), and legal obligations not to infer characteristics. We do not include Sensitive PI in leads.

We maintain a written information security program with encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication, least-privilege access, logging and monitoring, vulnerability management, secure development practices, vendor oversight, and incident response.
