2. Two Guarantees
No automated system on Banrox makes a decision about your credit. Banrox does not approve, deny, price, or underwrite any financial product, so there is no automated decision here that produces a legal or similarly significant effect about you. Lenders and issuers make those decisions with their own systems, and they owe you their own notices when they do.
A human is always reachable. If an automated answer is wrong, unhelpful, or you simply want a person, ask and you get one. Email [email protected] or call (888) 888-6401. We do not gate a human behind a chatbot loop.
3. Why You Should Check the Output
Automated text generation can be confidently wrong. It can state a rule that has changed, cite a source that does not say what it appears to say, or produce a number that looks plausible and is not. We review what we publish, we label generated output where it appears in a tool, and we still ask you to check anything you are going to rely on.
- Do not send a generated letter without reading every line of it and correcting the facts.
- Do not treat a generated summary of a rule as legal advice. It is a starting point for a question, not an answer.
- Check any figure against the provider's own disclosure before you act on it.
- Tell us when output is wrong at [email protected]. Reports change what we fix first.
4. Documents Lab
Documents Lab produces drafts. A draft is not a filing, not a submission, and not a legal document until you read it, correct it, sign it where required, and send it yourself.
- Banrox does not send letters for you, does not represent you before any company or agency, and does not practise law. Nothing in Documents Lab creates an attorney client relationship.
- Banrox does not dispute anything on your behalf and does not charge for dispute help. Disputing an item on your credit report is free and you can do it yourself. The route is at Credit Data and Your FCRA Rights.
- Never use a generated document to dispute information you know to be accurate. That is not a service we provide and it can harm you.
- You own what you produce. You are responsible for what you send.
5. What Happens to What You Type
Text you enter into a Banrox tool is used to produce your result, to run and secure the feature, and to fix faults. We do not use your personal information or the contents of your documents to train a general purpose model, and we do not permit our vendors to. Where a third party model provider processes your input, it does so under a contract that bars training on it and bars any use of its own.
Do not paste another person's information into any tool, and do not paste anything you would not want stored. Retention is set out in the Privacy Policy, and you can delete your inputs from the feature at any time.
6. Quizzes, Scores and Estimates
A quiz result, a risk grade, or an exposure estimate is an educational illustration produced from the answers you gave. It is not a measurement of your actual risk, not a prediction, and not a professional assessment. Where a result is designed to create urgency, that is a design failure and we want to hear about it. 7. Ownership of Output
As between you and Banrox, you own the output a tool produces from your inputs, and you may use it for any lawful purpose. Banrox makes no representation that output is original, that it does not resemble output produced for another person, or that using it does not infringe anyone's rights. 8. Limits
These features are provided as is under Section 17 of the Terms of Service, and the limitation of liability in Section 18 applies. Automated features can be withdrawn, changed, or rate limited at any time. Where a feature is labelled beta, Section 15 of the Terms applies to it as well.
